Terms of Service

By contracting or requesting services from Quality Breeze Inc. ("Quality Breeze," "we," or "the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Quality Breeze provides installation, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for air conditioning systems in Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach counties, Florida. All services are performed by licensed and certified technicians.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance. Prices may vary if job conditions differ from the initial assessment. Any additional work outside the scope of the original estimate will be communicated to and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service charge. In emergency situations, we will do our best to be flexible.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and financing through Synchrony Financial. Unpaid balances may accrue interest and late fees as permitted under Florida law.

5. Warranties

New Carrier equipment installations are backed by the manufacturer's factory warranty, subject to Carrier Corporation's terms and conditions. Installation labor carries a one (1) year warranty. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on installed parts and labor, unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

6. Property Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the work area. Quality Breeze is not liable for pre-existing unreported damage or restricted access that prevents proper completion of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quality Breeze's liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment use or failure, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
